What age range are your products suitable for?
We offer products for newborns through early childhood. Our range includes:

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@shoplittledutch.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet been processed for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Las Vegas warehouse, except to some Asian countries and remote regions. At checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 days processing).
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, typically arriving 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 days processing).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our store to your home. Tracking is available for both shipping methods.
What if my package is delayed?
While we carefully estimate delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@shoplittledutch.com and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
• In original condition
• Unused with tags attached
• In original packaging

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
