Order Processing Time
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days before shipping. Our team handles every item with the same attention to detail we’d want for our own little ones.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Please note that customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Our Thoughtful Returns Process
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’ve designed our process to be as gentle and straightforward as our baby products. Here’s how it works:

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Within 1-2 business days (just like our order processing time), we’ll email you:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Important Return Notes
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath & Accessories (opened personal care items)
- Bottles & Cups (for hygiene reasons)
- Car Seats & Accessories (safety regulations)
- Any items without original packaging
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Dutch-designed treasure arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at admin@shoplittledutch.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund with our signature efficiency and care.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached). Like our carefully curated collections, we handle each return with personal attention and care.
